Roof Kerb Solutions directors began working together over 10 years ago initially delivering large scale commercial light gauge steel / SFS projects gaining a wealth of experience across design, manufacture and logistics.
Subsequent operational management of commercial roofing projects utilising hot melt, felt, single ply and twin skin systems including glazing and rooflight installations.
The combination of these experiences led to the identification of a market gap for offsite manufactured roof kerb upstands. The standard methods of using the SFS contractor or joiner to form the upstands is a notable programme inefficiency, often slowing critical path roof progress whilst the upstands are formed.
